This PR adds a setup guide to help new developers run Chatwoot locally with backend and frontend environments. The steps are focused on macOS/Homebrew but include notes for Linux and Windows users. Verified functionality includes backend/frontend startup, Redis and PostgreSQL connectivity, and basic UI functionality like signup and inbox creation.
